Description

• Provide support to the Fund Legal team managing the firm’s U.S. ETFs • Prepare, coordinate, oversee fund registration statements and related exhibits • Assist with drafting and finalizing amendments to service provider fund agreements • Promote Legal Team’s positive culture and develop close working rapport

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • At least 5 years of relevant experience • Working knowledge of 1940 Act fund and investment adviser regulations • Strong project management, organizational and writing skills • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
