• The Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our company, primarily working alongside the Senior Account Director. • This role emphasizes process automation, document governance, and the overall improvement of our internal systems. • The Operations Specialist will be instrumental in identifying, creating, and implementing efficiencies across various processes, enabling the team to maintain high productivity and focus on core business activities. • Our ideal candidate is action-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently, consistently taking initiative to identify areas of improvement without needing constant oversight. • They should bring advanced knowledge of automation and process management tools, with a track record of using these tools to reduce manual workload, streamline workflows, and enhance team efficiency.
• Automation and Process Management Expertise: Experience with process automation tools such as Zapier, Integromat, or similar software. Strong understanding of workflow design, with the ability to create seamless integrations across multiple digital platforms. Capable of troubleshooting and refining automated workflows to ensure consistent performance and reliability. • Organizational Skills and Document Management: Proficiency in organizing and managing digital files and documentation, with a focus on maintaining accurate and accessible archives. Detail-oriented approach to document governance, ensuring documents are up-to-date and compliant with team standards. Familiarity with digital storage solutions (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint) for streamlined access and efficient information retrieval. • Proactivity and Self-Sufficiency: Demonstrated ability to proactively identify process improvements and implement solutions independently. Self-sufficient approach with strong initiative, requiring minimal supervision once tasks are defined. Capable of anticipating potential obstacles and addressing them proactively to prevent impact on team performance or project timelines. • Effective Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying process changes and providing clear instructions. Collaborative approach that ensures all team members are informed and comfortable with operational adjustments.
