• Sales Call Support: Join sales calls to provide technical expertise, address customer concerns, and help close deals by demonstrating how chat agents and other solutions meet client needs. • Quality Assurance (QA): Test and review chat agents and other sales solutions to ensure they are functioning as intended, troubleshooting any issues and implementing necessary fixes. • Solution Customization: Work with sales agents and clients to customize chat agent behavior and responses to align with specific customer workflows and business objectives. • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure they understand how to effectively use the chat agents you develop, providing training and technical support as needed. • Client Engagement: Act as a point of contact for technical questions during client meetings, presenting solutions that are tailored to customer requirements. • Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from both sales teams and clients to continuously improve chat agents and other sales technologies. • Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation for chat agents, including their setup, capabilities, and any troubleshooting guides. • Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience) • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting technical information on sales calls in a clear and compelling manner • Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) testing and troubleshooting, ensuring reliable performance in real-world settings • Experience working with sales teams in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. • Familiarity with customer service automation and its application in sales processes. • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of sales and technical workflows • As part of a diverse team, ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment • Organized, administratively strong, great time management, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset • Willing to participate in ongoing education and training for the role
