Description
• Test and review chat agents and other sales solutions for QA. • Work with Technical Account Managers to customize chat agent behavior and responses. • Collect feedback to improve chat agents and sales technologies. • Create documentation for chat agents including setup, capabilities, and troubleshooting guides. • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities. • Design and improve test processes and set up test environments. • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience) • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting technical information on sales calls in a clear and compelling manner • Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) testing and troubleshooting, ensuring reliable performance in real-world settings • Experience working with sales teams in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. • Familiarity with customer service automation and its application in sales processes. • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of sales and technical workflows • As part of a diverse team, ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment • Organized, administratively strong, great time management, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset • Willing to participate in ongoing education and training for the role
