• Create and implement strategic marketing initiatives in line with overall business objectives across various marketing functions, including performance marketing, events, social media marketing and product marketing. • Setting revenue targets and analyzing data to figure out what changes need to be made in order to attain these targets. • Performing quality control in terms of consistent brand messaging and customer communications. • Seeking out new relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers and nurturing existing relationships. • Keeping a close eye on marketing budgets to limit expenses. • Creating and leading a successful team while nurturing a culture that reflects and enhances company values. • Using data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness, as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth. • Providing strategic guidance and leadership to support overall business growth and success. • Optimizing the effectiveness of existing marketing channels such as emails, social media, website, etc., based on data-driven insights. • Other duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 5-7 years experience, preferably within a SaaS-oriented marketing operation or marketing agency. • A degree or diploma that contributes to the organization is considered an asset. • Strong recruitment, training, leadership, and negotiation skills. • In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices. • Capacity to manage global teams and complex projects seamlessly. • Must be detail-oriented and creative and have a passion for helping partners and Team Members achieve their goals. • Ability to analyze data and information to make key decisions that lead to continuous wins. • Strong in audience and marketing research. • Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality. • As part of a diverse team, ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Organized, administratively strong, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills. • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset. • Willing to participate in ongoing education and training for the role.
