• Ben jij klaar om jouw financiële talent in te zetten bij een innovatieve scale-up? • Als Junior Financial Administrator/Controller bij Alleo speel jij een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van onze financiële nauwkeurigheid en het optimaliseren van processen. • Je draagt direct bij aan de groei van ons SaaS-platform dat compensatie en voordelen menselijker, flexibeler en effectiever maakt. • Zorgen voor een foutloze en efficiënte financiële administratie. • Verwerken van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen en het beheer van debiteuren/crediteuren. • Controleren en verwerken van banktransacties. • Meewerken aan maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen. • Ondersteunen bij btw-aangiftes en financiële rapportages. • Optimaliseren van onze financiële processen en systemen. • Zorgen voor compliance met relevante wet- en regelgeving.
🎯 Requirements
• Een afgeronde hbo-/wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een financiële richting (zoals Bedrijfseconomie of Accountancy). • 1-3 jaar werkervaring (stages tellen ook mee!). • Je houdt van structuur, nauwkeurigheid en hebt een oog voor detail. • Je voelt je comfortabel in een dynamische, groeiende organisatie. • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels. • Ervaring met financiële software (Exact Online is een plus) en goede Excel-skills.
