• Building a world-class user experience for innovative products (good UX and design focus) • Working with startups and well-established companies on IoT, med-tech, and more projects • Gathering business requirements and co-facilitating workshops • Creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes • Conducting UX research and audits necessary for the project • Collaborating with designers, developers, and stakeholders • Planning and estimating new projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in UX design • Good command of written and spoken English (min. B2) • Practical knowledge of prototyping tools like Figma • Ability to plan end-to-end design process • Proactiveness towards continuous development and improvement of skills • Strong activity in fast-changing, agile environment
