β€’ Come join the company that is reinventing cloud security and empowering businesses to thrive in the cloud. β€’ Wiz is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and partner marketing initiatives across the DACH region. β€’ You'll work closely with regional and global Marketing, Partner, Sales, and Product teams to design and execute strategies. β€’ Develop and execute integrated field marketing plans tailored to the DACH market. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute targeted ABM campaigns that engage key accounts. β€’ Work closely with strategic partners to develop joint marketing plans, co-branded campaigns, and enablement programs. β€’ Lead the planning and execution of field marketing activities, including trade shows and webinars. β€’ Create and deliver marketing assets that empower the sales team to effectively engage prospects. β€’ Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity, with demonstrated expertise in ABM and partner marketing strategies. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate across functions and build relationships with stakeholders. β€’ Proven track record of planning, executing, and measuring the success of both in-person and virtual events. β€’ Deep understanding of demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing strategies. β€’ Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), with strong analytical skills to track and report on campaign performance. β€’ Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with a hands-on, problem-solving approach to challenges.
