Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder preferred. • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, with a strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative development tools. • Experience with system integration, data management, and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Connect, Data Loader, Workbench, Process Builder, Flow, Apex). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience working with stakeholders across many lines of business. • Experience with JIRA and Workato is a plus.
