🎯 Requirements
• 5+ Years of Professional Video Editing & Content Creation Experience Emphasis on direct-response style editing for social platforms (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.). • Advanced Post-Production & Motion Graphics Skills Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite apps. • Experience with color grading, sound design, animations, and advanced transitions. • Deep Understanding of Performance Marketing Familiarity with KPIs relevant to direct-response campaigns (e.g., ROAS, CPA, LTV). • Ability to incorporate persuasive storytelling and consumer psychology into creative. • Brand & Archetype Knowledge Exposure to or strong interest in brand frameworks like EUNOIA, Triad Method, or similar archetype-based systems. • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills Able to articulate video concepts clearly to creative and non-creative stakeholders. • Adaptability & Multi-Project Management Capable of juggling multiple timelines, stakeholder feedback, and quick turnarounds without compromising quality. • Project Management & Collaboration Tools Familiarity with platforms such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Airtable for task and resource management. • Bonus Points Experience Producing Motion Graphics, 2D/3D Animations, or AR/VR Content Previous Experience Integrating AI Tools into Video Editing Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Web Video Embeds Budgeting & Resource Allocation Skills Prior Leadership in Managing Video or Creative Teams Solid Grasp of Legal & Ethical Considerations (e.g., FTC guidelines, platform ad policies)
