Description

β€’ Responsible for driving event sales and building strong client relationships. β€’ Coordinate successful execution of events. β€’ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to exceed sales targets. β€’ Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and organizations. β€’ Conduct virtual site visits and deliver presentations to potential clients. β€’ Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. β€’ Create detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets. β€’ Manage events virtually, ensuring smooth execution and handling any issues. β€’ Liaise with vendors and service providers to secure necessary event services. β€’ Conduct post-event evaluations and gather client feedback. β€’ Prepare reports and maintain records of event details and outcomes.

Requirements

β€’ Experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. β€’ Experience in event planning, sales, or a related role. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. β€’ Sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. β€’ Problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet. β€’ Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service. β€’ Proficiency with virtual meeting and event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams). β€’ Ability to work independently in a remote setting. β€’ Flexibility to work irregular hours as required by event schedules. β€’ Must reside in Westchester County, New York, or a 30-mile radius around it. β€’ Must be able to drive with a reliable vehicle.
