📋 Description
• Responsible for driving event sales and building strong client relationships. • Coordinate successful execution of events. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to exceed sales targets. • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and organizations. • Conduct virtual site visits and deliver presentations to potential clients. • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. • Create detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets. • Manage events virtually, ensuring smooth execution and handling any issues. • Liaise with vendors and service providers to secure necessary event services. • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather client feedback. • Prepare reports and maintain records of event details and outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • Experience in event planning, sales, or a related role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet. • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service. • Proficiency with virtual meeting and event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams). • Ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Flexibility to work irregular hours as required by event schedules. • Must reside in Westchester County, New York, or a 30-mile radius around it. • Must be able to drive with a reliable vehicle.
