β’ Responsible for driving event sales and building strong client relationships. β’ Coordinate successful execution of events. β’ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to exceed sales targets. β’ Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and organizations. β’ Conduct virtual site visits and deliver presentations to potential clients. β’ Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. β’ Create detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets. β’ Manage events virtually, ensuring smooth execution and handling any issues. β’ Liaise with vendors and service providers to secure necessary event services. β’ Conduct post-event evaluations and gather client feedback. β’ Prepare reports and maintain records of event details and outcomes.
β’ Experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. β’ Experience in event planning, sales, or a related role. β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. β’ Sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. β’ Problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet. β’ Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service. β’ Proficiency with virtual meeting and event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams). β’ Ability to work independently in a remote setting. β’ Flexibility to work irregular hours as required by event schedules. β’ Must reside in Westchester County, New York, or a 30-mile radius around it. β’ Must be able to drive with a reliable vehicle.
