β’ Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from both WNS and NLMK Management, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of these reports; β’ Review and update the reporting policy: Evaluate and update the reporting request policy to ensure efficiency while maintaining a comprehensive set of standard reports. β’ Generate and reconcile reports: Collect necessary data for reports (internal and group reporting) ensuring they are correct, consistent, and resolving any discrepancies. β’ Present data: Gather and analyze financial and operational data, presenting it in a clear and concise format that is easy to act upon. β’ Define and update work procedures. β’ Assist in monthly/annual closing; Provide necessary documentation for audits, and maintain precise historical records. β’ Collect data from the SAP system; Complete relevant forms requested by management β’ Governance: Assist and actively participate in meetings with all relevant stakeholders; β’ Forecast activity: Support with any of the forecast activity requested by client, update relevant forecast reporting files.
β’ Experience in Controlling Activities (1-2 years) β’ Advanced language skills in English β’ Knowledge of Financial and Accounting software applications β’ Knowledge of and ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports β’ Experience of SAP system preferable β’ Good all-round Excel skills
