• About Wokelo: Wokelo is a cutting-edge Gen-AI-powered investment research platform, transforming how financial decisions are made. • About Job: We are looking for a highly skilled Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to join our Founder's Office and play a critical role in scaling our business functions. • Key Responsibilities: Conduct workshops, engage with customers, and leverage market research to refine our product roadmap. • Support co-founders in KPIs reporting, investor relations, sales enablement, process automation, and hiring.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of post-MBA experience in Private Equity, Consulting, or Investment Banking at firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, or BlackRock. • Background in business research, consulting, or investment banking with strong analytical skills. • Prior experience in sales and marketing consulting preferred. • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. • Hands-on and execution-focused with a passion for working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to build and manage key client relationships.
