Description

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans in line with global and regional objectives. • Coordinate product launches and promotional activities, aligning with sales priorities. • Manage the regional marketing budget and organize regional customer events. • Lead channel activation plans for key customers, including: promotions, sponsorships, loyalty programs, ... • Analyze customer performance and gather market insights to drive growth. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create point-of-sale tools and boost brand presence. • Identify new opportunities and propose go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in regional marketing, preferably in the automotive aftermarket or related industries. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to manage budgets and oversee complex marketing projects. • Fluent in English, Russian, Polish. • Willing to travel up to 25%.
