📋 Description

• Work days of Monday-Friday, & some Saturdays (as needed) • Working hours 8am-5pm (Central Time) • Financial Accounting: Oversee and audit the work of our Accounting Dept. and request any updates or corrections that need to be registered or categorized correctly, etc. • Be able to put together overall insights, results, monthly financial reports that can be provided to our Executive Team. • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales, production, procurement, and project management to identify trends and opportunities. • Develop actionable insights to improve business processes and achieve strategic goals. • Reporting and Dashboards: Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations for leadership to monitor performance in real-time. • Generate clear, concise reports to provide a full picture of operations, helping us stay on track for growth. • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with teams to track costs, material usage, and timelines for projects. • Identify inefficiencies in production, procurement, or project execution and recommend data-driven solutions. • Forecasting and Planning: Use historical data and predictive analytics to forecast future trends, including demand for materials like spray foam, custom windows, and metal building accessories. • Assist leadership in strategic planning by providing projections for growth, costs, and resource needs. • Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all data collected and used in decision-making processes. • Streamline data collection processes and recommend tools for better data management. • Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, sales, project managers, and the procurement team to align data insights with business objectives. • Be the go-to person for any data-related needs across departments.
