Description

β€’ Provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. β€’ Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients. β€’ Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence. β€’ Handle requests and queries appropriately. β€’ Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders. β€’ Make travel arrangements. β€’ Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data. β€’ Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers. β€’ Produce reports, presentations and briefs. β€’ Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position β€’ Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures β€’ Excellent knowledge of MS Office β€’ Proficiency in English β€’ Exemplary planning and time management skills β€’ High level verbal and written communications skills β€’ Discretion and confidentiality β€’ High School degree; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage
