• WongDoody is a creative technology agency with 30 years of experience, 2,000 designers and innovators, and 20 design studios around the world. • We are proud to have won over 500 creative awards and have twice been finalists for Innovation Agency of the Year. • We create intelligent marketing and experiences that help unlock what’s next for people and brands. • Our team specializes in FMCG and retail. • Together with strong, unique brands like OTTO, bonprix, Rolf Benz and Avène we develop new brand strategies, customer-centric campaigns and digital products. • This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in generating revenue through performance marketing. • You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing paid media campaigns, managing key channels, and consulting with clients and internal teams to improve our approaches and creative output.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in the conception and implementation of social media content for brands and companies on all relevant platforms, preferably in a typical digital agency environment or in a comparable senior creative role. • Experience as a Creative Director in a agency (with focus on digital or social media) or as a social media team lead on the media or corporate side. Your portfolio demonstrates your conceptual and visual expertise and includes creative social-first highlights. • Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends — in digital culture and social media • Strong skills in ideation and presentation. • Strategic thinking capabilities. • Proficiency in all common graphic tools and, above all, in the content production and supervision of moving image content. • Experience with the creation of content using AI and preferably already applying it in your daily practice. • Good knowledge of social media metrics and social media management. • Fluency in German, both spoken and written, with the ability to evaluate content in English at a native level. • Team player, open to discussions, flexible, and committed. • Flexibility to travel when possible. • Passion for driving innovation and unlocking new opportunities for brands in social media.
