• Lead the development and design of innovative, AI-driven campaigns, immersive digital experiences, and interactive online communication concepts for established brands. • Conceptualize and design unique creative assets by blending traditional design expertise with cutting-edge AI tools (e.g., generative design, machine learning, and personalized content). • Work autonomously and collaboratively within interdisciplinary project teams (including account management, copywriting, UX/UI, AI specialists, and clients) to ensure creative ideas are executed seamlessly. • Continuously brainstorm and evolve creative concepts, incorporating AI solutions to enhance design workflows, enhance personalization, and improve user engagement. • Present and articulate creative concepts, strategies, and AI-driven solutions to both internal teams and clients, guiding them through the value of integrating AI in design. • Provide mentorship and professional guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and technical expertise.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or a related field, or comparable professional experience. • Ideally 6+ years of experience in an agency or similar environment, with a strong portfolio • Expertise in combining creativity with AI tools-experience with AI-driven design software, generative design platforms, or machine learning applications in design is a plus. • A keen understanding of AI's potential to reshape digital campaigns and experiences, with a focus on personalization, automation, and scalable design solutions. • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), with experience in AI-based design tools and emerging technologies. • A passion for design innovation, an exceptional eye for detail, and a drive to create high-quality, cutting-edge digital content and visual storytelling. • A digital-first mindset, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the table, with a strong understanding of AI trends, digital media, and evolving technologies with first experience in creating workflows. • A strategic, brand-driven approach to creative problem-solving, ensuring designs align with both aesthetic and business objectives. • Strong leadership qualities with experience guiding teams, fostering collaboration, and encouraging creative excellence. • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). • Flexibility and openness to travel when necessary for client presentations or team collaboration.
