Description

• Work & Co, part of Accenture Song, is a global design and technology company. • Seeking a freelance AI Research Scientist/Engineer for a diverse distributed team. • Evolve existing evaluation strategies, develop features, analyze product usage information, communicate discoveries.

Requirements

• Robust understanding of Artificial Intelligence including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI. • Extensive experience in designing and implementing machine learning benchmarking and evaluation metrics. • Knowledge of common NLP problems: named entity recognition, sentence classification, tokenization, and others. • Experience with machine learning in the Python ecosystem: PyTorch, Tensorflow, Scikit, Pandas, etc. • Experience in research, development, and implementation of novel ML methods. • Develop and implement metrics to measure accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of LLM-based AI models. • Daily participation in client-facing standups, workshops, and discussions on messaging channels. • Availability from 9:00 am EST - 6:00 pm EST via communication channels.
