• Execute the global Paid Media strategy in collaboration with eCommerce, Integrated Marketing, and other Digital Marketing Channels to meet brand and commercial goals. • Audit current account setups, implement best practices, and test innovative solutions to drive performance. • Align with marketing and eCommerce roadmaps to generate growth, manage risks, and achieve traffic and revenue goals. • Stay on the cutting edge of digital media trends and educate the organization on new insights. • Analyze performance reports, generate insights, and create new dashboards as needed. • Support ongoing projects like CDP integrations and platform testing. • Partner with external agencies and align strategies with account managers from Google, Meta, TikTok, and others.
• Strong passion for the outdoors and the outdoor industry. • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, particularly with Google and Meta platforms; additional platforms are a plus. • Expertise in data-driven and performance marketing, eCommerce, and digital media. • Proficiency with paid media tools like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Ads, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4. • Familiarity with A/B testing and marketing optimization strategies. • Proven ability to influence teams and stakeholders to align brand and commercial priorities. • Proficiency in Excel. • Ability to convey information efficiently and effectively in Powerpoint or presentation tools. • Fluent English, written and oral. • Experience working with multiple brands or agencies is a plus. • Knowledge of the outdoor industry is a plus. • Experience with Google Tag Manager, PowerBI, and marketing attribution projects is a plus.
