📋 Description
• Workana is the largest remote work platform for talents in Latin America. • The client is an early-stage startup developing an app that aggregates and delivers multi-channel content. • As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will primarily focus on the frontend (70%) using React.js and Next.js. • Contribute to the backend (30%) using Python (Django) to support API integrations and data handling. • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to shape the product’s technical direction. • Have ownership over core development decisions, and grow with the company.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, with a strong emphasis on frontend development. • Expertise in React.js and Next.js, with experience building interactive and responsive UIs. • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with a focus on performance optimization. • Strong experience with Python for backend development, including API design and data processing. • Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and handling third-party data sources. • Ability to write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code in both frontend and backend. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. • Availability to work on PST time zone.
