• About the Company • We are a leading company in the organic food and beverage industry, dedicated to producing high-quality, sustainably sourced products from small-scale farmers in Latin America. • Role Overview • As an IT Contractor for System Integrations & ERP Optimization, you will be responsible for evaluating the company’s existing technology stack, with particular attention to the current ERP system, and making recommendations for improvements or alternative solutions. • Key Responsibilities • Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the company’s technology infrastructure, including the ERP system, integrations (EDI, Shopify, CRM), and other platforms. • Analyze the current system’s efficiency and cost-effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement or alternatives to the ERP. • Optimize system integrations and troubleshoot any issues to ensure smooth operations. • Provide recommendations for the best ERP solution or technology stack, considering factors such as scalability, functionality, and cost. • Develop and implement migration plans for any new systems or technologies, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes. • Provide training and documentation to ensure smooth transitions and understanding of new systems. • Offer ongoing technical support and continuously optimize the system to meet evolving business needs. • Communicate complex technical issues in an accessible way to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing ERP systems, with strong knowledge of NetSuite or similar platforms. • Proven track record in system integrations and troubleshooting, especially with platforms such as EDI and Shopify. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to propose cost-effective and efficient technology solutions. • Experience working with automation tools and optimizing workflows. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members. • Experience in the food and beverage industry, with a deep understanding of operational challenges in small to medium-sized enterprises. • Knowledge of custom reporting and process optimization in ERP systems. • Familiarity with automation of workflows and business process improvements.
