Description

• Understands overall security strategies • Implements policies to ensure physical safety and security • Assists site leaders with security incidents • Works with local management for compliance • Conducts security reviews and manages installations • Trains and supports security awareness • Provides guidance on cost avoidance and problem-solving • Completes investigations as assigned • Coordinates security for events • Reviews and implements security policies

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience • 7 years’ experience in security and business setting preferred • Proven investigatory experience • Security training and awareness • Strong understanding of security policies and procedures • Experience in critical incident management • Awareness of applicable regulatory and legislative requirements • Information security • Experience and knowledge of physical and technical security • Technical and commercial knowledge of security systems and their procurement and operational application • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • MUST be bilingual English and Canadian French
