📋 Description

• The Student Finance Processing and Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting students’ financial well-being and academic success. • By managing billing, tuition adjustments, and refunds, they ensure smooth financial processes, fostering a positive student experience. • Account Ledger Maintenance: Maintains student account ledger cards by posting all Title IV funding and student and third-party payments. • Billing: Processes and bills all third parties that work with students, including but not limited to, private, local, county, state, and nationally funded agencies. • Record Accuracy: Ensures ledger card correctness for all students, such as posting ledger card charges and adjustments, and resolves credit balances promptly to stay in compliance with Federal regulations. • Accounting Procedures: Assists in month and year-end closing accounting process. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, any degree, or equivalent experience. • Skills – attention to detail, relationship building, time management, personal accountability, and drive. • Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English. • Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment. • Computer literacy/basic computer skills to effectively navigate and utilize the technology required for the role.
