Description

• Project Management Experience leading successful client software implementation / integration projects • Ability to perform project control activities for complex projects • Manage the creation, execution, and analysis of Statements of Work (SOW) and Project Change Orders (PCO) • Develop detailed staffing plans for internal resource allocation/capacity planning • Demonstrates honesty and compassion for customers’ needs • Makes continuous improvement a priority • Maintains a culture of innovation, confidence and trust

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience working with external customers • 7+ years Project Management experience with enterprise software implementations • Entrepreneurial mindset required • Strong consulting experience in Project Management • Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management preferred • Knowledge of software development process and cycle • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies preferred • Associated experience in project delivery and/or Project Management qualifications such as PMI, Prince2 or equivalent • Additional languages beneficial • Ability to travel up to 25%
