📋 Description
• Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Erstellung von Prognosen, Berichten und Präsentationen sowie Ad-hoc-Auswertungen- und Analysen inklusive deren Kommentierung für den Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat • Sie erstellen hauptverantwortlich Kennzahlen sowie Quartalshochrechnungen • Ebenso gehört die Mittelfristplanung der Konzerngesellschaften im In- und Ausland und die Erstellung der 3-Jahresplanung zu Ihren Aufgaben • Außerdem erstellen Sie die Kapitalflussrechnung und Kennzahlen für die AG im Rahmen des Jahresabschlusses (HGB) • Sie wirken aktiv an der Erstellung von Konzernabschlüssen nach HGB/IFRS mit • In Ihrer Hand liegt der Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung des Controllings, der Kennzahlensysteme und der Finanzberichterstattung nach HGB/IFRS • In Ihrem Bereich fungieren Sie als Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für externe Rückfragen seitens der Wirtschaftsprüfer im In- und Ausland und stehen im engen Austausch mit internen Abteilungen
🎯 Requirements
• Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling oder einer vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum/r Bilanzbuchhalter/in • Sie besitzen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Financial Controlling, vorzugsweise in einem international tätigen Unternehmen und bringen bereits Führungserfahrung mit • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung sind für Sie selbstverständlich • Im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint) sind Sie vertraut, idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrungen mit DATEV (Rechnungswesen Pro und IDLKONSIS) oder einer gleichwertigen Buchhaltungssoftware • Sie haben Freude an der Betreuung von Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen • Ihre guten Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
