Description

• We're looking for an innovative, data-driven Director of Growth to join our marketing leadership team and take our demand generation and creation strategy to the next level. This pivotal role will focus on executing and optimizing growth initiatives, leveraging a strong foundation in Product-Led Growth, and driving conversions across every stage of the funnel. • Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive demand generation strategy that efficiently drives user acquisition and revenue growth, from initial awareness through to conversion and retention. • Performance Marketing Leadership: Own paid marketing efforts across all channels, ensuring campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI and aligned with our revenue goals. • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Utilize data-driven insights and A/B testing to increase conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey, ensuring that prospects move smoothly and quickly from lead to close. • Product-Led Growth (PLG) Initiatives: Collaborate closely with product teams to drive a Product-Led growth strategy, focusing on a seamless, value-driven user experience that encourages trial, adoption, and upsell. • Dotted Line Relationship with BDR Team: Partner with the BDR team to fully activate our outbound efforts aligning on growth initiatives that drive new opportunities. • Leadership & Team Development: Oversee a team of approximately 15, fostering a culture of innovation, mentorship, and accountability. Lead from the trenches—dive into details while coaching and developing the team’s strategic and execution capabilities. • Ownership of SEO & collaboration with the Content team: you’ll collaborate with the content marketing and SEO teams, ensuring all growth efforts are aligned and support broader marketing objectives.

Requirements

• SaaS Expertise: 7+ years of experience in growth or marketing within the SaaS space, ideally with a focus on B2B products. • Performance Marketing Background: Proven success in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital channels, with a sharp focus on ROI and revenue impact. • Conversion Optimization Skills: Strong knowledge of CRO principles and experience implementing strategies that increase conversion rates across the customer journey. • Product-Led Growth Success: Demonstrated ability to implement and drive PLG strategies that foster user adoption, retention, and upsell. • Innovative and Resourceful Mindset: A creative problem-solver who can identify new opportunities for growth and optimize existing strategies with a fresh perspective. • Leadership & Executional Excellence: Ability to lead, manage, and grow a team while staying hands-on with day-to-day growth operations. • Analytical & Data-Driven: Deep analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Proficiency with analytics platforms and A/B testing.
