📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end AI implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals • Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients, serving as the primary point of contact for project communications • Manage cross-functional teams of varying sizes across different projects, adapting leadership style to team dynamics • Develop and track project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality delivery • Drive stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience managing IT and AI implementation projects • Strong track record of successful project delivery in technology implementations • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills • Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field • Nice to have: Machine Learning knowledge and understanding of AI technologies • UX/User Experience project experience • PMP certification or Agile certification • Experience in stakeholder management at executive level • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems integration
