β’ WorkWave is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to play a strategic role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within designated business units. This position partners across HR functions to provide value-added services that support business goals. The HRBP is expected to have a deep understanding of the business unit's financial status, culture, long-term plans, and competitive landscape.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterβs degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus. β’ At least 7 years in HR, with a minimum of 4 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role. β’ Deep understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and industry best practices. β’ Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a knack for building relationships across all levels. β’ Proven consulting skills for both management and employees, with strong problem-solving capabilities. β’ Proficient in HRIS systems; Dayforce experience is a plus. β’ Strong analytical abilities to interpret HR data and trends effectively. β’ Experience with organizational development and change management. β’ Strategic thinker with a solid business acumen. β’ Highly organized with strong project management skills. β’ Trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. β’ Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. β’ Commutable to Holmdel, NJ is preferred
