📋 Description

• Kin is on a mission to change home insurance from what it is to what it should be. • We use efficient technology that lets homeowners buy directly from us to keep costs down. • We are looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster with first-party property claims experience. • Our insureds can submit their claim online or by phone, giving you the chance to provide support and solutions in regard to structure damages. • In this role, you will work closely with public adjusters, attorneys, and vendors in order to help our customers as swiftly as possible.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of first-party residential property claims adjusting experience • Experience working directly for an insurance carrier • Experienced in California claim handling • Working knowledge of Florida insurance laws and Florida good faith claims handling • Data-driven and analytical approach; you love working with new tech and getting into the numbers • Experience with vendor management and negotiations • Comfortable utilizing various claims systems (i.e. Xactimate, Symbility, EagleView) • Bilingual capability is a plus (spanish-speaking) • Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed in the event of high claim volume due to a catastrophic event.
