• WinnCompanies is looking for a Compliance Pipeline Specialist to join our corporate team. In this role, you will support the Development and Operations teams in the onboarding of new properties, oversee lease-up duties, and ensure owner and investor expectations are met or exceeded. • Please note that this position $95,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. This is a remote position, the selected candidate must live in a state that WinnCompanies currently operates in. • Applications will be accepted until 5:00PM EST on Monday February 17th, 2025.
