Description

• Multi-stakeholder relationship management with a passion for finance system change • Enable WBA’s Financial System Benchmark to be relevant and recognized • Responsible for stakeholder relations, partnerships, project management and impact reporting • Work to ensure that the Benchmark is effectively utilized by stakeholders • Support WBA’s monitoring and evaluation and learning from the finance system perspective

Requirements

• 4-6 years’ working experience in engagement-related roles • Strong relationship/stakeholder manager • Familiarity and experience of the finance system • Passion for sustainability • Flexibility in a fast changing environment • Resilient to pushback and handling rejection • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Ability to work across different virtual teams and cultures • Experience of running collective engagements would be an advantage
