Description

• The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of Worldly’s security infrastructure, including its assets, data, and personnel. • The Manager will own Worldly’s security policies, ensure security practices are compliant with these policies, and drive the continuous improvement of these policies and practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of security- and operations-related experience in SaaS companies or similar tech-based organizations. • Great communication skills and a customer service mindset for collaboration with multiple internal teams and external partners. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Hands-on experience with the end-to-end implementation of at least one security framework, including security policy management (e.g. SOC2, GDPR, ISO27001, etc). • Project management skills, especially change management, for the implementation of new security practices as needed. • Capability to manage complex projects end-to-end with limited supervisory support. • Knowledge and experience working with DevOps, system engineers, and organization infrastructure teams.
