• Experienced in the installation, maintenance and upgrade of the IBM DB2 product and of DB2 related products (DB2 CA, DB2 connect, Data Studio,etc). • Deep IT security awareness. • Ability to communicate at all levels. • Excellent understanding of Mainframe operating system tools: - TSO, JCL, REXX,SQL etc. • Good understanding of the following: - CICS, MQ, Automation. • Previous experience in a Assembler and COBOL programming language. • Good understanding of IT operating systems and hardware. • Able to work under pressure. • Strong stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner. • Ability to understand and apply technical concepts. • Ability to solve problems using learned techniques and tools. • Basic understanding of installation methodologies and toolsets as well as networking concepts and protocols. • Team skills including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. • Flexibility, versatility, dependability.
