• Drive design, architecture, and implementation of CI/CD systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish technical direction • Shape DevOps practices and scalability • Develop and maintain automated deployment mechanisms • Build and optimize cloud-based server infrastructure • Monitor critical systems for performance and availability • Mentor and guide team members in technical excellence • Identify and resolve issues proactively.
🎯 Requirements
• Mastery experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, or CircleCI) • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi • Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a focus on scalable and secure architectures • Containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes • Monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or the ELK stack • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go for automating tasks • Empathetic and kind to others • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration abilities • Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team environment • Open-minded to new ideas and approaches.
