• 1er mes | Onboarding Nos sentaremos contigo para explicarte el negocio, presentarte al equipo, mostrarte cómo trabajamos, las herramientas qué utilizamos y ofrecerte todo lo que necesites en los primeros días de tu incorporación. Durante los siguientes meses A medida que te vayas familiarizando con el proyecto, el equipo y el stack, podrás ayudar a estimar las tareas y desarrollos que nos ayuden a priorizar el backlog proyecto. Parte de los sprints contendrán trabajos de mejora para optimizar el rendimiento, refactorizar, eliminar legacy, evitar cuellos de botella y en definitiva mejorar la escalabilidad a futuro.
🎯 Requirements
• Qué hayas trabajado al menos 4 años en entornos tecnológicos como Java backend developer • Actualmente tenemos distintos proyectos con stacks diversos, te queremos conocer si tienes experiencia sólida con alguno de los siguientes stacks - Requerida experiencia en Java con Spring boot - Experiencia con arquitectura hexagonal - Amplios conocimientos de bbdd relacionales y no relacionales. • Otras habilidades deseables - Frontend: React - BBDD: Postgre DB, Maria DB , Mongo DB - Devops: Github, docker, kubernetes - Extra points: Conocimientos de JS, Node y Python • Que disfrutes trabajando en remoto, acostumbrado a una comunicación fluida a través de nuestros canales internos de compañía. • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, así como para ayudar a otros compañer@s cuando lo necesiten. • Acostumbrado a trabajar con peer reviews, buenas prácticas y metodologías ágiles. • Qué busques un proyecto enfocado en la calidad del software y la calidad humana. • Inglés B2-C1
