Description

• Develop Marketing Collateral: Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, posters, advertisements/banners, and product catalogs. • Leverage AI in Design: Utilize AI-driven design tools to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and generate innovative design concepts. • Maintain Brand Identity: Ensure that all designs reflect the brand's visual identity and communicate the desired message effectively. • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to gather requirements, understand project goals, and deliver impactful designs. • Generate Creative Concepts: Ideate and develop innovative design concepts for campaigns, events, and promotions, aligning them with the brand's strategy. • Review and Refine Designs: Continuously review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring the final output meets the highest standards.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with experience working across various brands. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. • Familiarity with AI-driven design platforms like Adobe Firefly, Ideogram, Dall-E, Midjourney, etc. • Experience or interest in integrating AI tools into the design process to improve efficiency and creativity. • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work. • Ability to think creatively and develop unique designs that capture the brand's essence. • Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all designs are polished and professional. • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
