β’ This is a remote position. β’ Our client is looking for a Social Media & Marketing Associate. β’ As a leader in commercial mortgage banking, they have successfully structured billions in financing solutions, providing innovative strategies and strong market insights to their clients. β’ Develop and implement engaging social media content on LinkedIn for both company channels and individual producers. β’ Design visually compelling branded graphics and craft persuasive copy aligned with the company's messaging and voice. β’ Collaborate with team members and producers to collect relevant content, ensuring timely updates on transactions, announcements, and industry insights. β’ Manage and maintain an editorial calendar, scheduling content to align with key business objectives. β’ Strategize, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, advertising, and content marketing. β’ Design and update marketing collateral, pitch decks, and presentations using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint. β’ Oversee marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget and business goals.
