• This is a remote position. • About WOW Remote Teams: WOW Remote Teams is a leading provider of high-quality remote talent solutions. • We connect businesses with skilled professionals from Latin America, enabling companies to build diverse and high-performing remote teams. • About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Lead to join our growing team. • In this key role, you will be responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition and HR operations. • You will lead a team of recruiters, build and maintain strong employer branding, and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field • Proven track record of success in talent acquisition and HR operations. • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment techniques. • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for helping businesses succeed and building strong teams. • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team.
