• This is a remote position. • Our client is looking for a Training Course Developer to create engaging and effective online training programs. • Operating within the coaching and professional development industry, they have built a strong reputation for delivering transformative learning experiences. • In recent years, they have successfully expanded their reach and influence, providing high-impact educational resources to a growing audience. • Complete the development of a signature course while creating additional online training programs. • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to craft engaging course content. • Develop course materials, including video scripts, interactive activities, animations, and slide presentations. • Design and produce participant guides and facilitator guides to enhance the learning experience. • Edit and refine video content to ensure high-quality presentation. • Create and implement assessments and quizzes to evaluate learner progress. • Upload and manage course content on Kajabi, ensuring seamless user access. • Establish an adjacent membership community within Kajabi to support ongoing engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies. • Track record of developing referenceable online courses. • Strong proficiency in creating and managing courses within Kajabi. • Ability to start immediately and meet project deadlines. • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
