• Kaufmännische Betreuung von Batteriespeicher Projekten während Errichtung und im Betrieb • Rechnungs- und Zahlungsmanagement • Vorbereitende Buchführung der Projekt- bzw. Betreibergesellschaft • Betreuung von Bankdarlehen und Beteiligungen für das konkrete Projekt • Erstellung und Betreuung von Berichten wie BWA, CashFlow und Liquidität • Prüfung, Bearbeitung und Abstimmung von Jahresabschlüssen • Betreuung der Projekt- bzw. Betreibergesellschaft • Steuerung von Gesellschaftsverträgen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Vertragsmanagement • Führen der Korrespondenz für die Gesellschaft • Vertreten der Betreibergesellschaft im Rahmen einer abgegrenzten Vollmacht • enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Asset Management zur Überwachung und Erreichung der Projektziele im Betrieb • gemeinsame Berichterstattung und Controlling der Betriebsbudgets • Sicherstellung der Fortführung der Geschäftstätigkeit im Krisenfall
🎯 Requirements
• Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise im Umfeld der Energiewirtschaft oder im Projektmanagement • Interesse am Controlling von Projekten im Bereich neue Energien • Selbständige Arbeitsweise in einem modernen überwiegend digitalisierten Büroumfeld • Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch mindestens C1, Englisch
