• Verantwortung für die technische Verwaltung und Optimierung von Batteriespeicheranlagen • Koordination und Überwachung der Inbetriebnahme von Batteriespeicherprojekten • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsstrategien zur Maximierung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit und -leistung • Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und -behebungen sowie Performance-Monitoring • Erstellung und Auswertung von technischen Berichten und Analysen • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs • Verwaltung und Optimierung der Betriebskosten sowie Einhaltung von Budgetvorgaben • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards • Koordination und Durchführung von Schulungen für Betriebspersonal
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich technisches Asset Management, Inbetriebnahme oder O&M, idealerweise im Bereich Batteriespeicher oder erneuerbare Energien • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Betriebsführung und Wartung von technischen Anlagen • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und idealerweise Erfahrung mit SCADA-Systemen • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte sowie genaue und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise • Hohes Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands (in beschränktem Umfang) • Führerschein der Klasse B
