•2-3+ years of experience as a Designer with an emphasis on the web •A creative portfolio that showcases strategic thinking with an understanding of brand positioning, multichannel marketing, and conceptual thinking •A strong background in digital as it relates to responsive web design in a mobile-first world •Knowledge of Figma •Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities while being able to delegate projects to others on their team
