• Support employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding • First point of contact for employees on inquiries relating to benefits, policy interpretation, programs, and other people-related topics • Own the overall employee change process, including but not limited to processing internal transfers, promotions, compensation changes, relocations, and departures • Support the semi-monthly payroll process to ensure new hires, exits, pay changes, and Leaves of Absence are processed accurately and on time • Pull and audit regular reporting to proactively ensure data integrity and accuracy • Work with benefits lead to support employees through the leave of absence process • Lead the involuntary exit process • Ensure people-related documents are kept up to date • Responsible for creating and maintaining SOPs • Provide coaching and support on performance management, employee relations • Participate in people programs development, delivery, and evaluation • Assist in policy implementation and improvement • Foster an engaging, high-performance culture
• 2-3+ years of experience in a fast-paced People Operations (Human Resources) role with a desire to learn and grow in your career • Solid understanding and experience supporting compliance with employment law • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential in this role • The ability to work independently. You operate with a high level of autonomy to balance and prioritize multiple competing responsibilities • The ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment • Excellent relationship-building skills and can communicate with credibility to all levels of the organization • Strong follow-through, judgment, and a can-do attitude • Comfortable with HRIS reporting as well as managing and analyzing data using Excel and/or Google Sheets • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills • Ability to maintain and protect confidential data with great discretion, judgment, and professionalism • Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite) is nice to have, but not essential
