Description

β€’ Support employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding β€’ First point of contact for employees on inquiries relating to benefits, policy interpretation, programs, and other people-related topics β€’ Own the overall employee change process, including but not limited to processing internal transfers, promotions, compensation changes, relocations, and departures β€’ Support the semi-monthly payroll process to ensure new hires, exits, pay changes, and Leaves of Absence are processed accurately and on time β€’ Pull and audit regular reporting to proactively ensure data integrity and accuracy β€’ Work with benefits lead to support employees through the leave of absence process β€’ Lead the involuntary exit process β€’ Ensure people-related documents are kept up to date β€’ Responsible for creating and maintaining SOPs β€’ Provide coaching and support on performance management, employee relations β€’ Participate in people programs development, delivery, and evaluation β€’ Assist in policy implementation and improvement β€’ Foster an engaging, high-performance culture

Requirements

β€’ 2-3+ years of experience in a fast-paced People Operations (Human Resources) role with a desire to learn and grow in your career β€’ Solid understanding and experience supporting compliance with employment law β€’ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential in this role β€’ The ability to work independently. You operate with a high level of autonomy to balance and prioritize multiple competing responsibilities β€’ The ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment β€’ Excellent relationship-building skills and can communicate with credibility to all levels of the organization β€’ Strong follow-through, judgment, and a can-do attitude β€’ Comfortable with HRIS reporting as well as managing and analyzing data using Excel and/or Google Sheets β€’ Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills β€’ Ability to maintain and protect confidential data with great discretion, judgment, and professionalism β€’ Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite) is nice to have, but not essential
