• Train on identifying operational requirements and opportunities for improvement. • Gather information by observing workflows, reading company reports, and conducting employee interviews. • Determine appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data. • Document findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations. • Develop new processes and procedures to enhance operations. • Work with managers and employees to implement changes. • Train employees to use new systems or follow new processes. • Determine the effectiveness of new processes. • Establish and maintain quality standards. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
