Description

•Seeking a talented Professional Services Consultant for our Professional Services team. •Opportunity to work with consulting experts with varied industry experience. •Play a leading role in shaping customer’s initial experience and long-term success. •Drive end-to-end customer onboarding including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Rollout, and Adoption Monitoring. •Support the sales team with complex scoping requirements and present the value of Wrike’s services. •Track and maintain accurate client records and key milestones.

Requirements

•5+ years in project management, consulting and customer facing roles. •Formal certifications in project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, Lean, etc.) •Ability to quickly understand customer’s complex processes and needs, and assist them in defining clear goals, to ensure a successful implementation of Wrike •Extensive understanding of and ability to apply change management principles •Thorough expertise in one industry or in critical customer segments such as Marketing/Creative, IT, Professional Services, PMO •Ability to dive into technical discussions as needed and present on complex digital transformation options and strategies. •Ability to collaborate cross functionally with Sales to evolve account plans that include ongoing professional services support. •Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills •Effective communication across all levels of an organization, particularly executive stakeholders •Ability to manage difficult audiences and complex client relationships with finesse and poise. •Ability to provide thought leadership and knowledge of industry best practices to guide customers in complex organizations. •Firm sense of accountability and ownership of work •Superior personal organization and time management skills •Customer-centric, energetic person with extensive consulting skill set •Strong interpersonal skills: positive, engaging, friendly, empathetic, tactful and level-headed under pressure and in difficult situations. •Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of time to client sites across the Americas
