📋 Description
• Drive Operations, Grow Enrolments, & Ensure Teaching Excellence • Execute marketing strategies to drive trial sign-ups and enrolments. • Handle parent inquiries, consultations, and enrolments to convert leads into paying students. • Engage with parents regularly via WhatsApp, email, and phone to build trust and improve retention. • Support the expansion of the programme to 200+ students by the end of 2025. • Work closely with teachers and the admin team to ensure smooth class operations.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in education, marketing, sales, or customer management. • Strong sales and communication skills—able to engage and convert leads. • Experience handling parent inquiries and driving enrollment in tuition/education. • Knowledge of Indonesia’s education market and what parents look for in enrichment programs. • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, community outreach, and events is a plus. • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable working remotely and managing online education operations.
