• Talent Acquisition Manager oversees the entire process of finding, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates. • Develop and implement recruitment strategies: This includes identifying sourcing channels, optimizing job postings, and developing employer branding initiatives. • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: From posting jobs and screening applications to coordinating interviews and extending offers. • Source candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and career fairs. • Screen and assess candidates: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles. • Coordinate interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. • Build and maintain relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and recruitment agencies. • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tools. • Monitor and improve recruitment metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to optimize recruitment strategies. • Provide guidance to hiring managers. • Contribute to employee retention. • Forecast future talent needs. • Budget for recruitment costs.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. • At least 5 years experience in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition. • Broad knowledge in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems such as JazzHR. • Background in hiring technical roles for Software Development. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. • Experience with data analysis and reporting. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
