• Voted #1 EHR by PC Mag, WRS Health delivers a fully integrated cloud based EMR and practice management solutions to its clients. • We bring solutions to physicians by providing constant enhancement of our products and services including EHR, practice management, marketing, patient coordination and billing. • We are seeking a talented Front End Developer with expertise in WordPress and ReactJS to join our team. • In this role, you will be responsible for updating and customizing our website by collaborating with marketing and ensuring that the site is optimized for both user experience and performance. • You will work closely with other team members within a scrum framework, contributing to the overall development process and bridging the gap between design and technical implementation. • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate engaging content into the website using WordPress and ReactJS. • Ensure that the website design aligns with user experience requirements and is consistent with UX guidelines. • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, writing reusable code and libraries to streamline development. • Optimize the website for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring efficient performance across all devices and browsers. • Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure websites meet business goals and brand standards. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations for new projects. • Work within a multidisciplinary team, including back-end developers and web designers, to deliver cohesive and functional applications. • Validate all user input before submission to the back end, maintaining high standards of code quality. • Document processes, coding practices, and custom development work to ensure knowledge transfer within the team. • Provide training and support to non-technical staff on how to use WordPress effectively. • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, continuously improving and updating skills to bring innovative solutions to the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Front End Developer. • Deep understanding of WordPress core functionalities, including the loop, hooks, filters, and WordPress APIs. • Proficient in WordPress development and customization. • Strong expertise in ReactJS and JavaScript frameworks. • Strong skills in front-end development, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. • Familiarity with popular page builders like Elementor. • Knowledge of current SEO techniques and how to implement them within WordPress. • Familiarity with tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, or Lighthouse for performance analysis and optimization. • Familiarity with git platforms like GitHub and GitLab. • Experience with JIRA for project management. • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager configuration is a plus. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members at all levels. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
