• Project Manager responsible for managing delivery of administrative, logistical and financial management services for FSSP Peru & Bolivia. • Planning and coordinating project management activities; • Developing, planning, analyzing, evaluating and prioritizing deliverables, documents and requirements; • Defining and documenting development team objectives; • Providing briefings to DFATD on progress and concerns; • Coordinating documentation in response to reports and feedback; • Planning activities of project personnel and stakeholders; • Preparing work breakdown structure and compliance charts; • Monitoring design, operations startup and implementation of the project; • Preparing plans, charts, tables and diagrams for analysis; • Managing project control and reporting procedures; • Conducting post project reviews/lessons learned; • Developing and maintaining a network of key stakeholders; • Leading preparation of formal project documents and reports;

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline such as political sciences, law, international development, economics, finance, business administration, project management, social sciences, engineering, applied sciences; • A minimum of six (6) years of experience as a Project Manager; • Prior experience working in a Developing Country or working with International Development Assistance Stakeholders, preferably in Peru/Bolivia; • Proven track record of managing international development projects with a minimum annual budget of 1 million dollars ; • Demonstrated experience in preparing and finalizing project documents, including Annual Work Plans and Project Reports; • Proven experience in ensuring quality and management oversight of services delivered within a project; • Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating administrative and logistics management services; • Proven experience in engaging and communicating with government authorities or their representatives • Proven experience in ensuring cost-effectiveness of services delivered within a project • Demonstrated experience ensuring the effective management and internal monitoring of project progress and results • Demonstrated experience in resolving project issues and problems as they arise, • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment (working both independently and as part of a small team); • Curious, enthusiastic and willing to innovate and adapt. • Professional proficiency in Spanish, and English/French (oral, reading, writing)
